In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of workflow principles within Automation Tools (UiPath, etc.) that are efficient and scalable. Work on multiple projects concurrently by utilizing effective project management techniques in planning, estimating, controlling and completing assignments. Support lifecycle implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects such as building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed and training end-users on self-service tools within the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and modify computer applications software, or specialized utility program processes.
- Analyze business needs and develop software solutions for internal use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the life cycle development of automation platforms (UiPath, etc.) that includes design, implementation, testing and maintenance of automation scripting within automation platform tools.
- Conduct analysis of system interactions to determine technical solutions and resolve problems that are cost-effective and consistent with user needs, system capacities and capabilities and conduct cross-functional code review.
- Identify problems related to primary financial software and determine corrective action and develop custom programs.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and/or Application Support Specialists to troubleshoot complex problems and member service issues.
- Identify and implement solutions to complex issues that are related to production-level code defects or process changes.
- Train and mentor other teams on operational procedures and processes.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or related - Minimum
Years of Experience:
- 5 Years - Application development. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, NET, SQL or related - Minimum
- 3 Years - RPA Tools, UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, AIX/Linux or related - Minimum
In Lieu of Education:
- 8 Years - Application development. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, NET, SQL. RPA Tools, UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion
License/Certifications/Training:
- Microsoft Certification - Preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $99,200 - $140,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
