Alliant Credit Union is seeking Sr. Network Cloud Engineer in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent degree. 5 years of related experience. Required Skills: Use datacenter and cloud ecosystem connectivity concepts, such as cloud exchanges, datacenter network layouts, transceiver and fiber compatibility, cloud gateways, peering to Azure/AWS; Apply protocols including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, STP, VTP, and EIGRP, Multicast, and policy-based routing to Network/Security infrastructure; Use Scripting – IAC - Ansible/Python/Terraform to manage and automate infrastructure; Apply knowledge of Cloud-Network Security Infrastructure AWS-Azure- Palo Alto-F5 – Load Balancers to build, manage consistent policies across on-prem and multi-cloud environment. 60% telecommuting; Must live within normal commuting distance of Chicago, IL.
