Job Summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern at the Melrose Park Production Facility to join the Human Resources Team.
Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Career Mapping Project Support
- Succession Planning Project Support
- Identifying critical positions within the company
- Identifying skills gaps between positions
- Identifying transferrable skills between positions
- Identifying high-performance employees with leadership potential
Community Outreach Project:
- Interns will be put into groups and be responsible for finding a local nonprofit organization to put together a community service day with.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;
- Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
- Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
- Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship
- Field of Study: Human Resources, Psychology, Communications
