The hiring range for this role is:

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This internship is located in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days in-office.
As an intern in the Human Resources Department you will support Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Culture & Engagement, HRIS, and Total Rewards teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Learning & Development: Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.

Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Culture & Engagement: Support Culture & Engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

HRIS: Analyzing HR data and generating reports

Total Rewards: Support Total Rewards initiatives, including benefits administration and compensation analysis.

Ensure complete confidentiality of company business.

Keep management informed about developments within areas of responsibility and handle special projects as needed.

Create a final PowerPoint presentation to share with department leadership, summarizing the internship experience, the assigned project, results, and any recommendations for future use.

Adhere to HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other relevant corporate and departmental policies.
Education, Experience and Certification
Required:
-
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026 (preferred)

A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

Availability to work ten weeks during the summer (June 2 - August 8)
