Leidos’s is currently seeking a Strategy and Execution Lead with 12+ years of broad Information Technology experience and deep technical knowledge and cross-functional leadership skills to drive end-to-end solutions across multiple domains. In this role, you will oversee background research, market gap analysis, system integration design, lab setup and support, project management, analytics, and data analysis—while ensuring seamless alignment among engineering, services, consultants, and partner teams. The candidate must have familiarity with Data Center Infrastructure, Storage systems, application integration, data analytics, visualization, end to end solution creation, Cloud Solutions, and advanced collaboration tools with an expertise in at least one of the areas.
You will also be responsible for assisting in the identification and management of subcontractors, developing and reporting project KPIs, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analytics, collaboration tools, and enterprise software integration (e.g., Salesforce, Workspan, Mavenlink PM, SAP, Oracle CRM, NetSuite).
Primary Responsibilities
•Conduct market and technical research to identify solution gaps and emerging technologies, proposing next-generation capabilities to integrate in to solutions.
•Lead strategic and operational initiatives, aligning resources and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across multiple business areas.
•Architect and implement integrations with enterprise systems focusing on data analytics, automation, and collaboration tool optimization.
•Oversee project management activities (scope, schedule, budget, risk) and manage subcontractors to meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
•Develop and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs, shaping compelling technical solutions and proposals.
•Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement, communicating milestones, challenges, and strategic decisions effectively.
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation across teams and projects.
•Serve as a technical architect across the entire lifecycle of new business pursuits within an integrated growth team, including proposal, capture, and business development activities.
•Support end-to-end thought leadership across proposal responses that include elements such as technical solution, partners, staffing, implementation schedule, and BOE.
•Lead solution development across one of the following core areas: Data Center Infrastructure, Storage systems, application integration, data analytics, visualization, end to end solution creation, Cloud Solutions, and advanced collaboration tools.
•Develop notional, logical, and physical solutions diagram and integration of solution into customer’s environment in a manner that fully meets all technical and management requirements.
•Provide technical writing capabilities in the development of technical artifacts, white papers, statements of work, briefings, and proposals, etc.
•Support customer meetings to understand customer requirements and provide solution presentations to the customer.
•Work with teaming partners to develop technical solutions, integration of teaming partners’ capabilities, and pricing strategies, etc.
•Work with engineering staff to extract information in a structured process to create winning, cost acceptable technical solutions for proposals.
Basic Qualifications
•Requires BS degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
•5+ years of experience leading technical teams
•Excellent written and oral communication capability with the ability to communicate with executive leadership.
•Lean Six Sigma or similar project management / process improvement credentials
•Experience implementing automated workflows and integrations
•Ability to align strategic alliances, shape go-to-market strategies, and expand solution offerings
•Skill with advanced analytics methodologies (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning) to forecast performance and optimize outcomes
•Experience performing IT systems engineering.
•Experience contributing major subsections to IT proposals and startup upon award.
•Experience organizing and establishing projects demonstrating complete understanding of project management functions.
•Familiarity with IT Operations to include multi-tier service desk and SLA management.
•Capable of obtaining a DoD Top Secret clearance

•IT engineering leadership experience
•Experience estimating technical and operations costs and planning delivery of new IT projects.
•Experienced proposing and injecting new technology advancements into ongoing operations.
•Experience identifying and assessing business impacts to proposed changes to a largely technical solution or enterprise operation.
•Experience with industry standard datacenter infrastructure technologies (cloud, servers, storage, networking, telecom)

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
