Ecolab is looking for an experienced Front End Engineer specializing in Flutter/Dart to join our dynamic team that's at the forefront of technological innovation. This role is in our Irving, TX office and will follow the company's hybrid policy. No remote option is available for this role at this time.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Dart and Flutter
- Design and implement responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces with cross-platform capabilities
- Proven experience in a leadership or mentorship role, with a passion for developing talent and fostering growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new application features and enhancements
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions and provide expertise in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications by implementing version control (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Contribute to the creation of new solutions and troubleshoot/optimize existing solutions to improve performance and reliability
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience; or no degree and 9 years combined education and equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in mobile development
- 1 years professional Flutter development experience or demonstrable Flutter project experience
- Solid programming skills in Dart and Flutter framework
- Experience with state management solutions in Flutter, specifically Bloc & GetX
- Proficiency in utilizing various IDEs such as Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, or IntelliJ IDEA
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Native mobile development experience with Swift and/or Kotlin
- Backend experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience with early-stage product development
- Proven track record of deploying mobile applications in dynamic environments
- Interest in collaborating with partners outside of core team/organization
- Ability to wear multiple hats and plug into different roles as product develops
- Desire to be in a fast-moving, agile environment with willingness to adjust quickly
- Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech start-ups
- Willingness to learn new skills and technical languages as needed
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $98,600.00 - $148,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
