  • Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives within the financial systems (Oracle, Billtrust) to analyze and improve collections and dispute management processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve both internal processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with core Finance departments, including Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Credit, to ensure smooth coordination across all teams involved in collections and dispute management.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects to align initiatives with broader business goals. Provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and aligned.
  • Training & Education: Serve as the subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, helping train teams on collections protocols, dispute resolution, and new tools or automation processes.
