What you can expect

As a Senior UX Designer on Zoom’s Design System Team, you'll play a crucial role in defining our platform's design. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless experience across devices while ensuring design consistency and innovation. Your work will help shape Zoom’s design standards and contribute to a cohesive ecosystem across various products. Together with a skilled team, you’ll elevate our design system, ensuring interactions are intuitive and engaging.

We work closely with our design community to build a cohesive design system that fosters innovation and creativity. Our team tackles complex design challenges to create impactful experiences that inspire millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and innovation for cross-platform and mobile design, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.

• Leverage expertise in design principles, human psychology, and technology trends to guide key decisions.

• Define the visual style and patterns that unify the Zoom ecosystem, illustrating the connection between design elements across users and platforms.

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to maintain consistency and quality across all applications.

• Enhance the Zoom brand experience both within the team and across the organization.

• Foster alignment on design solutions across teams, mentoring designers to support growth and development.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design for web and native apps, with expertise in mobile design for OS-native and cross-platform apps.

• Strong understanding of mobile design principles, guidelines, and design system implementation.

• Proven ability to create engaging user experiences that balance functionality and emotional impact.

• Proficient in Figma and experienced with a variety of design tools and prototyping software.

• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124 000,00

Maximum:

$271 200,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
