Why This Role Is Valuable   

This Sr. AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis position is responsible for managing the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role supports the budget and forecast process, reporting and analysis for Revantage and its Portfolio Company partners.   The position will also assist with benchmarking analysis for Blackstone, cost allocations and board book presentations.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL. 

 

How You Add Value 

  • Manage preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecast process for Revantage and our PCs including maintaining accurate files, coordinate budget/forecast meetings with our business partners, and providing budget/forecast/actual variance analysis 

  • Lead direction and design for financial reporting from systems 

  • Lead a team and ability to delegate on items working on multiple projects at once 

  • Collaborate with other teams within Revantage, PCs and Blackstone to provide meaningful reporting and analysis of Revantage results and PCs results 

  • Manage vendor relationships on metrics benchmarking for Blackstone to ensure Revantage is competitive.   Analyzes data to ensure consistency between Revantage and benchmark companies 

  • Perform scenario analysis as it relates to cost allocations 

  • Provide data and analysis for board book and Blackstone requests 

  • Spearhead efficiency projects for Revantage 

  • Lead special projects as needed 

  • Hands on model building skills 

 

What You Bring To The Role 

Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field 

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience 

  • Excellent communication skills ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives 

 

Preferred:  

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MS Finance is a plus) 

Base Compensation Range:

$175,000.00 To $220,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

Benefits:  The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
