Join us at the forefront of innovation as a Senior Solutions Architect! In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership for our intelligent and physical infrastructure solutions, specializing in data center power (PDUs, UPS), connectivity, software, and emerging technologies. Collaborating cross-functionally with customers, partners, sales, engineering, product management, and R&D you’ll create and influence complex architectures across pre-sales and early product development. You’ll shape new solutions and strategic initiatives that fuel our growth in Datacenter, AI, sustainability, and high-performance computing markets.
What You Will Do
- Act as SME for reference architectures including logical/physical layers for data center, enterprise, and industrial networks, with a focus on PDU and UPS solutions.
- Present complex solutions to stakeholders.
- Lead communication forums for reference designs and deliver training to sales, business development, and partner teams.
- Shape design tools and software solutions to differentiate Panduit in the global market.
- Lead cross-functional development of technical marketing content.
- Stay connected with customers to identify market trends and translate needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to improve products, define new offerings, and refine internal processes.
- Partner with sales and customers to assess technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Architect scalable, high-performance power and network solutions for data centers, enterprise, and edge environments.
- Translate business needs into system and architecture designs.
- Partner with engineering to ensure alignment with design best practices.
- Respond to RFPs and assist in proposal creation.
- Maintain technical leadership in evolving technologies including Datacenter infrastructure, AI infrastructure, energy efficiency, and high-speed connectivity.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or technical field.
- Certifications: BICSI RCDD, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, DCEP, CDCDP, CDCMP, DCDC, SQL/MySQL, SCADA, ISA-95, or MES preferred.
- Experience: 7-9 years in data center architecture, network systems, or infrastructure design.
- Subject Matter Expertise (in at least on domain):
- Data Center Power Solutions (PDUs, UPS)
- Power Solutions Configuration Software
- Data Center Cooling and Environment Systems
- Data Center and Industrial Physical Infrastructure
- Cooling Systems and Network Architecture
- Knowledge: Expertise in data center infrastructure, power systems, and emerging trends.
- Systems: Proficiency in architecture and design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator with customer service and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather insights from technical and market data.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
