Hightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data.  We’ve pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which helps companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help find and hire candidates for our engineering team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year.

Recruiting plays a crucial role in helping Hightouch maintain a high talent density and we’re looking for someone who:

  • Works with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates (via both resumes and recruiter screens)
  • Builds close relationships with candidates and has a strong grasp of what each candidate is looking for and cares about
  • Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
  • Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
  • Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
  • Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
