Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to join AeroVect on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class operations and technical team as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports.

As a Senior Recruiter at AeroVect, you will focus on sourcing top talent and play an integral role in building the future of airport automation. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to execute hiring priorities and sourcing strategies.

You will

  • Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.

  • Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.

  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for operational roles

  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.

  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

  • Perform administrative duties to support an efficient sourcing and recruiting process (e.g., scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining ATS records, providing candidate information, etc.).

You Have

  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top operations and technical talent.

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent 

  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.

We Prefer

  • Recruiting experience within operations (recruiting GSE operators or drivers would be a huge plus!)

  • Technical Recruiting experience in Autonomous Driving or Robotics

  • Prior in-house recruiting experience.
