 $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 OTE  (On Target Earning)

The Opportunity
Kargo is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media Solutions to drive growth and innovation within our Retail Media team. In this pivotal role, you will lead outreach efforts, manage integrations, and cultivate strategic partnerships with commerce media networks (retail, finance, travel, etc.). You will act as a bridge between these partnerships and the Kargo sales team, ensuring our offerings are effectively commercialized and aligned with business objectives.

The Daily To-Do

  • Partnership Management: Own day-to-day relationship management with commerce media network partners, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage with new partners, expanding Kargo’s footprint in the retail media space.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the Kargo sales team with compelling partnership solutions, empowering them to effectively pitch and close opportunities.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver custom solutions to build commerce media networks from the ground up or create complementary offerings for existing media networks that capitalize on Kargo's creative, inventory, data, and technology strengths.
  • Pipeline & Goals: Maintain a robust pipeline funnel, ensuring alignment with team objectives and key results (OKRs).

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience specifically in the retail & commerce media space, agency, RMN or client direct experience a plus
  • Background in operational roles, excellent at managing the execution of complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Experience supporting deal closures and navigating contract negotiations with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, adapting quickly and staying ahead of the curve.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for partnership models, with a relentless drive to optimize and innovate.
