Job Description:
What You'll Do
The Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Affairs Internal Audit team assesses business processes and practices for the risk of non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and risk management practices. The team completes audit testing in a dynamic environment across a variety of regulatory topics and assesses risk management frameworks, controls, and governance to provide insights to key stakeholders regarding compliance and legal risk. Focus Areas include: Compliance Risk Governance and Oversight, Compliance Risk Assessments, Compliance Monitoring and Testing, Compliance Vendor Management, Compliance Advisory, Regulatory Change Management, Legal Organization, Corporate Governance.
As a Senior Manager, you will have responsibility over Audit Supervision, Audit Operations (Dynamic Risk Assessments, Continuous Monitoring Events, routing mapping of auditable entities, etc), and department level projects.
How You'll Do It

  • Manages the execution of audits. Ensures the identification and assessment of business risks and controls. Produces findings and reports.
  • Manages the development of the team. Manages the on-boarding and training of new staff. Identifies and address staff training and development needs.
  • Manages audit finding verifications.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Social Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics or related
  • 8+ years Applied Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, Computer Science, Data Science, or related experience
  • 2+ years of people management, or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Masters Social Sciences, Engineering Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics or related
  • 2+ years Leading public accounting or consulting firm, highly regulated environment, payment network and related technology services, Six Sigma, leading people in cross-cultural/international teams, or related experience
  • Business, Six Sigma, Risk, STEM, or related certifications
  • CRCM and JD preferred

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
