Being a Senior Manager of Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations at iManage Means…

You will play a pivotal role in architecting and executing the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power the full Go-To-Market engine at iManage—from first touch to customer advocacy. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive operational excellence across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, enabling scalable growth and a seamless customer experience. You'll not only design the playbook—you’ll help run it.

iM Responsible For…

  • Designing, implementing, and actively managing end-to-end GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support lead generation, pipeline development, and customer retention.
  • Owning and optimizing key operational workflows—such as deal desk management, lead routing, partner engagement, and team handoffs—ensuring smooth execution across the customer journey.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to uncover inefficiencies, align priorities, and implement streamlined workflows that drive performance.
  • Managing and governing data flows across GTM systems—working closely with internal teams to establish a data dictionary, maintain a data catalog, and align with the CIO’s enterprise data standards.
  • Leading high-impact projects from design through execution, including tool implementation, process refinement, and change management initiatives.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of system administrators and GTM ops professionals—while staying involved in tactical execution and troubleshooting.
  • Driving continuous improvement through rigorous process evaluation, hands-on execution, and technology utilization.
  • Ensuring GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Totango) are effectively integrated, fully utilized, and continuously optimized to support growth.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • Proven success in a hands-on GTM Operations leadership role, with deep experience across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing GTM systems, workflows, and processes in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and other GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Totango).
  • A track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives—from roadmap development through day-to-day execution.
  • Experience managing operational teams, with a strong commitment to mentorship and professional development.
  • Excellent data literacy and experience with data governance and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points If I Have...

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with multiple GTM motions or complex SKUs.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and integrations between marketing, sales, and customer systems.
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
