THE POSITION

The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for a Senior HR Analyst to join our Boston, MA or Chicago, IL offices. This position will act as a key resource providing support to Human Resources in leveraging data insights to optimize HR processes and create programs that enhance the over employee experience and HR team effectiveness. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Compensation and Compliance and will work closely with legal, payroll and finance staff.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collect, analyze and interpret HR metrics, including workforce trends, turnover, hiring trends, and performance metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into key HR functions such as recruitment and employee experience. Provide insights to business leaders
  • Use HR analytics to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for HR initiatives
  • Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g. ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, Continu)
  • Troubleshoot HR systems issues, coordinate with IT and outside vendors, and implement system enhancements
  • Train HR team members on systems functionalities and reporting features
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity by conducting regular audits, data validation and process improvements
  • Support HR process automation and efficiency improvements across talent management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Support general audit / compliance reporting, as needed

THE CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • HR Analytics certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration or related experience
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Culture Amp, Lattice, Greenhouse, Continu are a plus
  • Experience in HR system implementations, upgrades or process automation
  • Experience working with remote locations desired
  • Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar) required
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, reporting and system integration
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment in handling confidential information and matters


Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA and Chicago, IL is $85,000 - $110,000 annually.  Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
