We are seeking a Senior Director of Communications to lead and elevate CoinFlip’s strategic communications function. This individual will manage the Corporate Communications Manager, to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans and ensure message alignment across all internal and external channels. Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for communication team and oversee team goals, timelines, and execution.

• Develop and manage an integrated communications strategy with measurable objectives.

• Ensure consistency of CoinFlip’s brand narrative and voice across all platforms.

• Provide executive-level counsel on communications, branding, and reputation management.

• Guide communication strategies for major initiatives, campaigns, and milestones.

• Oversee execution across earned media, publications, research, and editorial verticals.

• Build strong internal partnerships with leadership, departments, and project teams.

• Represent the department at leadership meetings, legislative hearings, and industry events.

• Manage the Corporate Communications Manager and others, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of strategic communications experience, including 3+ years leading teams in a complex organizational setting.

• Proven track record of developing and executing effective communication strategies.

• Previous experience as a company spokesperson, preferred

• Experience in media relations.

• Experience in team development, cross-functional collaboration.

• Deep understanding of brand voice, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.

• General passion for digital innovation and financial technology.

• Prior experience in highly regulated industry.

Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $190,000 USD
