The Secure Coding Metrics and Automation Senior Analyst will be part of the Secure by Design (SbD) team aligned to processes and functions within the BISO organization to provide technical consulting and assurance to our development and infrastructure teams as they build, change or develop technology solutions. The Metrics and reporting Senior Lead will report to SbD Program Governance Manager and will assist in overseeing responsibilities such as delivering automating reports from data acquisition through report development and delivery. In this role, you will also collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions are built into the SbD Program as evolves.
This highly skilled lead will need a deep understanding of data gathering tools and be proficient with business intelligence reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex workflows to support business intelligence and data transformation needs. In addition to handle multiple priorities at once and possesses strong communication skills.

• Excellent MS-Office skills including PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data)
Desired Skills:
• Ability to learn how to navigate systems, access and source data, reconcile numbers from different sources, identify discrepancies and understand drivers of change within data

Pay and benefits information
Pay range$141,700.00 - $206,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
