About the Role: As a Sales Manager at iPromo, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your team, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of Brand Consultants and Global Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of Brand Consultants
  • Oversee an Account Management team based abroad
  • Conduct high-level client meetings and close deals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and execute sales incentive programs
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the promotional products industry
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
