Zafran is looking for a results-driven and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Regional Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue within a designated region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, industries, and market segments for business development
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and align our products/services to address those needs effectively.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our products/services.
  • Tailor presentations to the unique requirements of each client and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and updates to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with peers and management to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a successful Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
