Who You Are:
You are a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation. You excel in developing and implementing robust Testing Automation Frameworks and are proficient in both UI and API-based testing automation. Your expertise includes automation strategies for unit testing, and you are well-versed in tools like Selenium, Tosca, Postman, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a creative problem solver with strong oral and written communication skills. You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to design and usage patterns to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your commitment to staying current with new testing tools and strategies, along with your ability to drive automation implementation, makes you a valuable asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of automation to improve service health, manageability, and reliability.
- Develop automation frameworks, evaluate toolsets, and suggest application-specific solutions.
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and influence others.
- Conduct performance testing using a variety of toolsets.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Automation.
- Experience in developing and implementing Testing Automation Frameworks.
- Proficiency in both UI and API-based testing automation.
- Experience with automation strategies for unit testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Tosca, Postman, and other open-source automation tools.
- Experience with Performance Testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
Good to Have Skills:

- Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner.
