The Program Manager will oversee automotive IT projects, lead high-performing teams, and ensure successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems.
Encora is seeking a Program Manager to join us. This role requires onsite work 3 days a week in Auburn Hills, MI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Domain knowledge: 5+ years of automotive domain experience and exposure to connected/autonomous vehicle would be a big plus
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing mid/large IT projects (2M+ in terms of revenue OR 20+ in terms of team size).
- Experience on Agile methodologies
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands on, Self-driven, Solution oriented and Customer focused
- Highly proficient analytical capabilities and able to quickly understand problems and fast arrive at their solution. Foresighted decision making is a key to success in this role.
- Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, Web-services
- Demonstrate ownership and drive successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems
- Proven track record leading in highly matrixed global organizations
- Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions
- Full System Lifecycle expertise and experience in all aspects from planning to operations.
- Communication skills – Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Education and Years of Experience:
- Years of Experience: 10+ in the Automotive industry
- 5+ years’ Program/Project Management experience
- 2+ years’ experience in status reporting to C-suite executives
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Experience on Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, Web-services
