Level 1:
Estimated annual base pay: $78,800 (minimum) - $98,500(midpoint) - $118,200 (maximum)
Level 2:
Estimated annual base pay: $100,800 (minimum) - $126,000(midpoint) - $151,200(maximum)

The Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Program Manager is responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products or derivatives. Program Manager will direct and influence the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC.

What we are looking for…
Level 1:
-
Bachelor of Art/Sciences required
-
2-5 years’ experience in Program/Project Lifecycle (PLC) environment

Project Management experience
Level 2:
-
Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) MBA or International equivalent preferred
-
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Program management or technical field preferred required
-
2-5 years’ experience in Program/Project Lifecycle (PLC) environment
-
Project Management experience
