As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the customer within Panduit, working across teams to swiftly address customer needs. Your mission: deliver seamless, proactive solutions and transparent communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience! Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product consultation pre-and post-sale, and managing key information to drive efficiency. This role will give you the chance to work with a wide range of Panduit products and offers plenty of room to grow your career!

What You Will Do 

  • Handle technical customer requests by email and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues by leveraging deep product knowledge and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with global peers and product management ensuring timely, effective resolutions.
  • Manage and organize large datasets for self-service product portals.
  • Build strong relationships with account teams and partner tiers to support sales needs.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a customer service or product support role.  
  • Aptitude: Strong customer focus and eagerness to learn new technical concepts.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
