Job Overview

The Product Manager at Rewards Network will be responsible for managing the development pipeline for both B2B and B2C products, including restaurant-facing portals, reporting, consumer-facing dining websites, mobile apps, APIs, and push/SMS channel platforms. This role will work closely with Product leadership to identify strategic opportunities, shape the product vision, and drive execution from ideation to market launch. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps and story maps, ensuring seamless execution with development teams and key business stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence 2 days a week in Chicago. 

 What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)  

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for B2B and B2C platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work with Product leadership to identify strategic opportunities and shape the vision for restaurant-facing and consumer-facing products.
  • Translate complex challenges into digestible and actionable user stories, story maps, and strong business requirements for the development team.
  • Collaborate with engineering to build and iterate on products, ensuring adherence to best practices in user experience, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead go-to-market execution in partnership with Partner Management, Business Development, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage data and user feedback to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize product performance post-launch.
  • Manage cross-functional alignment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between product, development, and business teams.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and continuous iteration based on feedback and analytics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and differentiation in Rewards Network’s products.
Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or B2C digital environment.
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable roadmaps and stories.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, revenue operations, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisions.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Kanban) and backlog management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana and/or Miro.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with developers on APIs, integrations, and technical platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education, Certifications and Experience: Preferred

  • Experience working with mobile apps, web platforms, APIs, or communication channels like push notifications and SMS.
  • Experience in the FinTech, MarTech, restaurant, dining, or hospitality industry is a plus.

•    This is a full-time, exempt position and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $110,000-$130,000 annualized, depending on level, candidate experience, skills, and other factors; this position will be eligible for an annual bonus program with a projected target of 10% base annualized salary.

$110,000$130,000 USD
