The Pricing and Channel Analyst plays a key role in shaping effective pricing strategies and optimizing channel performance to drive organizational success. This mid-level position requires a blend of analytical acumen and cross-functional collaboration to translate data-driven insights into actionable initiatives. By contributing to profitability enhancement and ensuring market alignment, the analyst helps position the organization for sustainable growth in a competitive landscape.

  • Assist in developing and refining pricing models using market research and competitive analysis.

  • Perform margin and cost analyses to support data-driven pricing decisions.

  • Analyze the performance of sales channels, including e-commerce, retail, and distribution, and recommend improvements.

  • Maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics, including customer and channel growth, profitability, elasticity and overall performance brining insights and support to channel leadership.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to support the alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives.

  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.

  • Execute channel-specific pricing initiatives and support consistency across channels.

  • Contribute to scenario planning and forecasting efforts for pricing and channel strategies.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in business

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques.

The pay range/rate of pay for this position is $73,000.00 - $117,000.00 ; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.  In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
