As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will plan and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with teams to enhance client growth.
As a Meta Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and paid social platforms. You’ll work closely with our Paid Ads team to support client growth through strategic targeting, compelling ad creative, and meticulous performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategies tailored to client goals.
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various objectives (lead generation, traffic, retargeting, etc.). - Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers to develop creative assets and ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, placements, and bidding strategies
- Stay current on Meta platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry trends.
- Provide clear, concise reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Research and propose new platforms and advertising opportunities.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution modeling to assess campaign impact across the funnel.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pixel/event implementation using tools like Meta Events Manager or GTM.
- Manage ad budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient daily spend pacing and scaling.
- Maintain and optimize ad account structures (naming conventions, audience libraries, etc.) for long-term scalability.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Meta platforms.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through Meta Ads (e.g., lead generation, CPL optimization).
- Experience with media buying, preferably 2 years.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead routing tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, etc).
- Experience working with A/B testing and creative iteration processes.
- Solid understanding of compliance and ad approval nuances in regulated industries (like legal, healthcare, or finance).
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, pixel/event tracking, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to speak on ad data findings, report wins, and present opportunities.
- Experience working with legal industry clients or lead gen-focused campaigns (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Starting from $70,000- $80,000; pay commensurate with experience
