Resource Innovations is seeking a Market Engagement Consultant to join our growing team in Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Engagement Consultant with a strong background in project management to join our dynamic team. As an/a Market Engagement Consultant you will support a large electrification serving customers in Northern Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Program Managers in project development, tracking and analysis, and management of energy efficiency projects.
- Identify and escalate issues as appropriate and recommend strategies to address issues.
- Provide general administrative support to the project teams.
- Function as a cooperative and cohesive member of project teams.
- Demonstrate a willingness to play a variety of roles (e.g., administrative, quality assurance, research, writing) as required to achieve project/task success.
- Technical experience with energy efficiency, HVAC, energy efficiency audits or related technologies
- Complete assignments on schedule and within the allotted budget or hours.
- Successfully and independently track and performs small tasks within a project or program.
- Track multiple task or project deadlines and alerts manager in advance of conflicts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- B.S. or B.A. preferred - energy, environment, public policy, or technical field desired
- 3+ years work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work with a variety of team members and dynamic project demands
- Interest or experience in a field related to energy, HVAC technology, or sustainability
- Experience troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions
- Ability to identify process improvements and communicate plans for improvement
