Manager, Employee Engagement at a glance...
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive employee engagement and support the Company's goal of being a best-in-class employer. You will craft a compelling story based on data, and apply a creative approach to executing and evaluating engagement activities and initiatives.
What's on the menu?

  • Support development and execution of comprehensive engagement strategies to support the Company's goals
  • Design, implement, and evaluate engagement initiatives for both salaried and hourly populations
  • Plan and implement annual and pulse surveys for NA Zone employee population including driving participation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Communications, Commercial, and Operations, to align engagement initiatives with business objectives at the local and global level
  • Analyze data and metrics to interpret survey results, identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform engagement strategies, and measure effectiveness of engagement initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to HRBPs on engagement-related matters
  • Manage resources to ensure effective execution of engagement initiatives

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
