- Have a general understanding of networking to implement, support, service and maintain critical IT services.
- Act as a point of escalation for IT issues in cultivation/CPG facilities, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption.
- Build strong relationships with production site leadership, serving as the primary IT liaison for field operations.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Field Service Engineers and System Administrators.
- Participate in cross-functional planning and support technology-related project rollout efforts.
- Ensure infrastructure meets uptime, performance and compliance standards across highly regulated environments.
- Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems, support procedures and project timelines.

- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, such as start-ups or high-growth operations, with strong critical thinking and project ownership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information
