CACI is seeking an IT Network Engineer function as part of a team of engineers responsible on design, development, assessments, testing and implementing solutions Initiatives/deployments for the CACI's distributed enterprise network environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Configuration: Designing enterprise networks, including equipment selection, defining configurations, and ensuring networks meet both current and future business needs.
  • Installation and Implementation: Overseeing network installations and implementing solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Device and Service Configuration: Configuring and installing network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, ensuring each device and service is correctly integrated and optimized.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conducting thorough tests on network systems, monitoring performance, troubleshooting outages, and working with network architects to optimize the network.
  • Maintenance and Support: Ensuring the health and maintenance of both enterprise and development networks, including managing various network hardware (e.g., firewalls, switches, routers), supporting SD-WAN, VPNs, and wireless LANs, and using management tools like SolarWinds.
  • Palo Alto /Cisco/ Fortinet/Firewalls, Prisma Access, Panorama, Cisco, networking hardware, switches (Multi-Layer, Data Center/ Access/Core/ Distribution) firewalls, routers, Software defined Access – SDA, SDWAN, ISE/DNAC, WLAN, network engineering support, network management systems, using Cisco Prime and SolarWinds, CACI office connectivity including Multiple Data Centers
  • Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Using performance analysis tools to troubleshoot network issues, track data flows, and resolve any disruptions in service or network efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Providing support for customer-related technologies, ensuring the infrastructure meets user needs and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, combination with hands and work experience in an Enterprise Network Environment
  • At least 2 years of related experience on an Enterprise Network Environment
  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
  • 2+ Years in Enterprise Routing experience: Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynamic Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP) in a large-scale 100 Plus Enterprise network.
  • 1+ years’ experience in SDA, ISE, & DNAC

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
