We are seeking a robust consulting professional with a solid background in managing large insurance programs. Your role will be to bring Operational Efficiency and Growth through AI-driven (AI/ML, Gen AI, Agentic, etc.) solutions, right from Process Consulting to assess the Processes, design thinking, identifying opportunities, and ultimately creating the roadmap for the next 1-2 Years.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to engage a ‘C’ level audience, collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, and give recommendations to improve or optimize processes aligning with business goals.
  • Deliver user-centric solutions by blending design thinking principles with AI and analytics.
  • Conduct Empathy sessions, gather insights through business/leader interviews, research, asses the processes, perform value mapping, define customer pain points, and translate findings into strategic business decisions.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent master's degree.
  • 15+ years of professional work experience in AI and/or Analytics.
  • Robust experience in the Insurance space and leading large insurance programs.
  • Expertise in design thinking principles with AI, Analytics, and user-centric solutions.
  • Experience in conducting sessions with business teams and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience engaging with C-level audiences and collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Solid client, project, and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
