HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE RECRUITING
We seek an experienced Human Resources Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support and implementation for our North America Executive Talent Acquisition team.
What You'll Do:

  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination - Manage complex interview schedules, including coordinating availability across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Ensure a seamless experience by sending confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-up emails.
  • Candidate Communication & Support - Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, interview details, and answering logistical questions. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Systems & Data Management - Maintain accurate records in ZS' proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update interview feedback, and store the documents at appropriate locations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, vendor partners and external candidates to ensure efficient execution of talent acquisition processes. Proactively address any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
  • Increasing Recruiters' work productivity - Screening calls, interacting with candidates, editing presentations and documents.
  • Completing administrative processes - Filing, booking travel, expense reports, preparing purchase orders, and ordering supplies.
  • Assist with miscellaneous HR projects;


What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred;
  • 1+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or Recruiting Coordinator
  • Computer fluency with MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), expense and travel tools desirable;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Professional telephone and interpersonal demeanor
  • Attention to detail, dependability/punctuality;
  • Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment;
