The Global Total Rewards and HR Operations teams are responsible for Sphera providing its colleagues with competitive rewards and HR tools and services. As a Spherion part of this team, the HRIS Manager is a key utility player to the technology-driven team. This role will be responsible for administering our global HR systems and supporting other technical processes. The incumbent will be technically savvy and not afraid to bring their problem-solving skills to complex scenarios

A Day in the Life of the HRIS Manager:

  • System Administrator of comprehensive HR Technology stack from implementation, configuration, integration and maintenance.

  • Provides expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining and assuring the quality of data and HR databases.

  • Partner with leadership to administer focal processes including merit and incentive attainment from budget inception through delivery to colleagues.

  • Model and analyze organizational and financial impact during various HR initiatives

  • Champion HR process review, development and documentation including job aids.

  • Drive of HR internal audit and compliance initiatives; serve as HR representative for company-wide audits (ex. SOC, ISO, etc.)

  • Advanced report writing and HR analytics support including dashboards.

  • Ownership of HR systems training and documentation.

  • Serve as a utility player as needed within the global Total Rewards & HR Operations team.

Qualifications – About You:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related professional experience with compensation program administration and/or HR systems administration.

  • Hands-on HR systems experience with Workday required.

  • Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies.

  • Functional knowledge of compensation methodologies and structures preferred.

  • Crisp attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.)

  • Analytical and consultative capabilities to “story tell”, both simple and complex information to a directed and/or wide audience in both written and oral form.

  • Ability to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.

Pay:

$102,400.00 - $153,600.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
