Job Description:
The Summer Employee Program is a great opportunity for both the children or immediate family members of Wheels employees and for Wheels itself. The program offers work experience to college, university, or technical school students, along with providing learning opportunities in their field of interest.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Perform general Human Resource (HR) administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to providing support to the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team, Internal Communications and Training and Development teams. Responsibilities will include responding to general questions, maintaining accurate Human Resources information (HRIS) and reports, assisting recruiting with screening and interviews. Support other administrative responsibilities for the Human Resources team.

Supporting recruitment efforts by assisting with resume screening, phone screening, and setting up interviews for the recruitment team.

Support background check and onboarding tasks.

Support internal communications with tracking requests and developing

Support surveys for the summer employees and the summer employee events

Assist with front desk duties

Scan in documentation for HR employee files
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required. Skills in One Note, SharePoint, MS Teams and other products, a plus.

Experienced in managing learning/reporting in an LMS, a plus.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
One year of relevant administrative experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range:
$26,900-$37,700
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
