As a data-driven and proactive Financial Analyst with experience in a SaaS environment you will own financial reporting, analyze key metrics, and support strategic decision making at Cardata. You will play a key role in driving financial insights that shape business decisions, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on financial performance and key metrics for both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, board and bank reporting
  • Manage and maintain the cash model, budget, and financial forecasts to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
  • Own ARR reporting and conduct budget vs. actual (BvA) analysis, providing insights to educate stakeholders, track financial performance and drive performance improvements

SaaS Metrics & Business Intelligence

  • Evaluate the financial impact of partnerships and expansion opportunities through financial modeling and scenario planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for growth strategies and investment decisions

Strategic Financial Planning

  • Evaluate the financial impact of partnerships and expansion opportunities through financial modeling and scenario planning

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis in a SaaS company
  • Experience working in small company and/or start-up environment
  • Proven ability to execute financial analysis tasks independently and take ownership of reporting processes
  • Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metric calculations
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and financial reporting software
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to support decision-making at all levels
  • A growth mindset and drive to learn, continuously improving financial processes and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Highly organized, reliable, and accountable—able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
