Job PurposeThe Field Support Marketing Manager is a leadership role within Distribution Marketing focused on the development and distribution of strategic sales ideas, collateral, and content through partnership with key members driving organizational initiatives and the sales distribution force. Responsibilities include the development of materials, management of resources, proofreading materials, coordinating with other teams, and managing project timelines.Essential Responsibilities

  • Analyzes data and translates it into meaningful, impactful insights that support ongoing development and improvement of materials.
  • Develops end to end marketing campaign initiatives to engage advisors.
  • Focuses on distillation of numerical data to create visually engaging and understandable content.
  • Serves as a resource for the sales force for questions on marketing materials.
  • Partners across JNLD on specific prospecting challenges and unique territory needs.
  • Partners with Sales Desk Leadership on specific areas of Marketing support, development of new collateral, and training needs.
  • Develops new marketing ideas and strategies based on Leader’s Council requests.
  • Partners with the Digital Marketing team to streamline messaging consistently to targeted channels and advisors.
  • Partners with Market Research to further define and segment advisory space for better targeting, lead gen, reporting, etc.
  • Works with key members of the Marketing leadership team to leverage marketing automation, define success, and measure ROI.
  • Shares responsibility of Aprimo queue and sponsor review of materials.
  • Shares responsibility of the Marketing Strategy Inbox to answer questions and serve as a resource to the sales teams.
  • Attends team meetings, plug ins, sales desk trainings, and marketing fairs at the Nashville office.
  • Reviews and edits marketing materials during the routing process.
  • Performs industry related research and data gathering as needed.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule to see projects through to completion.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience required.
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Experience working with financial advisors in any capacity preferred.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63 preferred.

Base Pay:

$94,000.00 - $112,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and profit sharing contributions, and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.
