Job Description
- With product managers, developers, data scientists, and other global UX team members, design the next generation of public safety applications at our company.
- Enable a design-led product development process with a human-centered approach.
- Collaborate with global UX team to review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure unity across the company.
- Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing.
- Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Use design thinking to understand user needs, looking holistically at customer interactions, and constantly iterate user journey forward.
- 10% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting 2 days per week.
Target Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $166,200 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
