Your Responsibilities
As a ER/HR Representativefor John Deere Seeding Valley Citylocated in Valley City, ND, you will...

• Partner with management in policy and business decisions
• Administer company policies and the disciplinary process
• Act as advocate for employees as needed, including daily interaction
• Support operations in staffing and workforce planning activities such as establishing job requirements, candidate selection, interviewing and onboarding for various levels of responsibility for production employees
• Conduct/coordinate delivery of training courses utilizing both internal and external resources to provide tools to meet needs
• Participate in and/or lead projects to achieve strategic and tactical goal

What Skills You Need

• 3 or more years' experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar employee advocacy
• 1 or more years' experience communicating effectively with all stakeholders to influence without authority
• 1 or more years' experience managing conflict and resolving employee issues
• 1 or more years' experience interpreting and implementing policies, guidelines, and company procedures
• 1 or more years of experience working in a production environment

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
