The Role:            

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for booking business while developing and strengthening relationships with school district leadership and individual schools within assigned districts. This role is for someone fearless in engaging in peer-to-peer conversations around education while building trust-based long-term relationships! 

What you will do: 

  • Work with assigned target school districts to understand their challenges and find ways to position Elevate as a long-term partner  
  • Create and foster deep relationships with new and existing customers across many stakeholders  
  • Build your book of business by owning and grow relationships in schools and districts 
  • Generate business activities that lead to renewal expansion (cross and upsell) and new logo wins with the support of a Sales Development Representative 
  • Keep a consistent pulse on the renewal health and expansion potential of partner districts 
  • Cross-functional collaboration within marketing, customer success, product/academics and other departments as needed to grow business
  • Be a mentor to fellow sales team members 
  • Be a thought partner to wider Elevate K-12 teams to help evolve the product and company processes 
  • Up to 30% travel may be required  

 Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years' experience with B2B sales  
  • Prior experience in the K-12 educational arena a plus 
  • Strong ability to prospect and establish relationships
  • Able to manage and direct others in high complexity sales cycles to sell, renew and expand solutions across school leadership and district level officials 
  • Structured, strategic approach to building and expanding relationships  
  • Experience working cross-functionally  
  • “Competitive”, “Builder”, “closer” & “adaptable” mentality
  • Bachelors’ Degree
