This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on your type of work and the teams with which you partner.
What you’ll achieve:
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within your assigned territory to deliver on key business priorities.
- Build trust with decision-makers, navigating mid-sized and large organizations (1,000-4,000 Employees) to align our solutions with their most critical needs.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, leveraging your negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure new partnerships.
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Solutions teams to create tailored outreach campaigns that generate pipeline and engagement.
- Become a trusted advisor, excelling in relationship-building from senior leadership to frontline teams.
About you
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience.(SaaS experience preferred).
- A proven track record of closing net-new opportunities and hitting or exceeding quota in a mid-market or similar segment.
- Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify leads, and build pipeline across a large territory.
- Strategic thinker who understands complex sales processes and how to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using an outbound sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and Tableau are a plus).

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $95,850 - 121,950. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
