Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to develop and implement a high-performing sales strategy that maximizes customer engagement and business success. In this role, you will lead a dynamic sales team, build strong client relationships, and ensure that sales initiatives align with company goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential real estate sales, team leadership, and business development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and oversee sales quotas, incentive programs, and commission structures.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with branding and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective sales and service strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field .
  • 10+ years of sales experience in residential real estate or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
