Marketing makes a measurable difference! As Uline’s Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll oversee a high-impact team driving customer acquisition and retention while guiding analytics that power smart decisions across our marketing channels.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategy and execution, balancing spend with long-term business growth.

  • Oversee a team of Campaign Managers to ensure consistent execution for maximized performance and returns.

  • Guide testing initiatives - defining hypotheses, analyzing results and shaping next steps.

  • Partner with Operations and Analytics teams to deliver insights that inform our merchandising, creative and advertising efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams to evaluate performance and ensure cohesive messaging.

  • Serve as a Uline contact with vendor partners including Google, Microsoft / Bing, Skai, etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Experience leading marketing or paid search teams.

  • Proficient in web analytics, Google / Bing ad centers and bidding tools such as Skai.

  • Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
