The Role 
As the Director of Demand Generation at Unlock Health, you will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs that fuel our marketing and sales efforts. You are a data-driven marketer with expertise in multi-channel campaigns, lead generation, and funnel optimization. Your passion for innovation, testing, and performance measurement ensures that every campaign contributes meaningfully to customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Business Line leads, to align efforts, refine targeting, and maximize impact. This is a leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Unlock Health’s demand generation strategy and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy Development & Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth
    • Develop and implement a pre, during, and post event/webinar strategy that drives engagement to sales
    • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, paid advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO, and events
    • Identify target markets, buyer personas, and customer segments to refine messaging and ensure high-impact campaigns
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of lead acquisition and nurturing programs across digital and offline channels
    • Test and iterate campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques
    • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to enhance lead capture, scoring, and nurturing processes
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment
    • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales
    • Define and monitor the MQL to SQL handoff process and work with Sales to close feedback loops
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop content, messaging, and enablement materials that align with customer pain points and buying journeys
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including:
      • Lead  MQL Conversion Rate
      • MQL  SQL Conversion Rate
      • Lead  Closed Won Rate
      • Campaign ROI
    • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and optimize budget allocation
    • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Build, manage, and mentor a team of demand generation professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and provide training to upskill team members

Ideal Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, ideally in a B2B environment
    • B2B healthcare marketing a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive measurable results
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization, and analytics tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and leadership levels
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance
