Job Description Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Sales Enablement Lead to bridge the gap between brokerage professionals and the technology tools that drive their success. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring brokers maximize the value of our Salesforce CRM and sales technology ecosystem, helping them improve efficiency, client engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brokerage workflows, sales enablement strategies, and technology adoption. They will work closely with brokers, sales teams, and global success teams to provide hands-on support, training, and insights that translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Enablement Strategy & Supporting Tactics for Process and Technology Adoption including:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital sales enablement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance broker productivity through better adoption and utilization of sales technology.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs that improve technology fluency among brokers.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and online resources.
- Train brokers on the effective use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and other business development tools.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to brokers to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze user engagement data to identify gaps in adoption and provide recommendations to enhance broker performance.
- Collaboration across IT and Business for CRM and Sales Enablement
- Partner closely with the Salesforce CRM team to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM tools.
- Collaborate with brokers and technology teams to refine workflows and ensure technology aligns with business outcomes (i.e., brokers build and maintain strong relationships with clients).
- Partner with the CRM success team to improve adoption of Salesforce and other sales tools by tailoring solutions to broker needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to brokers, understanding their business challenges and identifying ways technology can drive success through the following:
- Understand the sales cycle and how to sell in commercial real estate.
- Assist brokers in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide guidance on lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Developing customized sales plans and goals
- Work alongside global success teams, sales leadership, and product teams to align technology initiatives with sales priorities.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team, Transformational Sales leaders, Salesforce Delivery/Product team, and Customer Success Team to drive adoption of CRM-built broker products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, technology adoption, or a related role within commercial real estate, financial services, or a similar brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations and the role of CRM/sales tools in driving business outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement and business development tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Digital Adoption Platforms).
- Proven ability to build relationships with sales professionals and drive engagement with technology solutions.
- Proficiency in electronic procurement and analytical software.
- In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge.
- Ability to quickly learn technology and business processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive strategic recommendations and problem solve.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, while also engaging and collaborating with the team.
- Advanced analytical and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and proficient at tracking tasks and documentation.
- Professional, engaging attitude with a flexible nature and willingness to problem-solve and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment..
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while ensuring all customer groups receive timely attention, strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Admin, or similar).
- Change Management, Training and/or digital adoption technology certifications (CCMP, Prosci, etc.)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00
