What you’ll do
Your primary role will involve designing, constructing, and optimizing our data pipelines to support various data workflows. You will work with both structured and unstructured data, ensuring high data quality and availability for complex analysis by data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Who we are looking for

You have expertise in data warehousing solutions, and you're comfortable with technologies like BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or Snowflake

You're proficient in ELT processes and tools like dbt

You have experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink

You can write SQL queries in your sleep and have experience with programming languages like Python

You’re familiar with real-time analytics and can work seamlessly with data streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis

Data security is second nature to you, and you understand best practices around encryption and secure data transfer

You're highly analytical and are comfortable working closely with data scientists to make data actionable
What you’ve done

At least 6 years of relevant experience in data engineering

Proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures

Demonstrable experience in big data technologies and data warehousing

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
