What We DoThe Regulatory Data Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day production, maintenance, and development of regulatory reports and data solutions at ServiceMac. This role will focus on understanding business processes and data, interpreting customer requirements and specifications, and developing meaningful analysis and reports for ServiceMac and its client regulatory requests. Qualified candidates will have a proven background performing data mining, analysis, and reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL in a controlled, production environment
  • Create ad-hoc reporting for individual regulatory requests and Stored Procedures for production reporting
  • Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications
  • Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Work closely with multiple business units to define requirements and validate report results
  • Perform tests for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy through standard methods and application of specific subject-area knowledge
  • Perform regular maintenance and testing on production reports
  • Assist in developing documentation of existing reports, data dictionaries and reference documents

What You'll Bring:

  • One to five years of recent experience as a data analyst or another related title in a financial or banking environment
  • Formal SQL query language training classes or certificate program
  • Strong proficiency with the SQL query language, preferably Microsoft T-SQL
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite package including an expert knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers, peers, and management
  • Experience with Mortgage Servicing and/or familiarity with MSP as a mortgage servicing platform is preferred

Salary Range: $ 57,000 - $75,975 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
