  • About the role
    Scratch is hiring a CRM specialist to own advancements to our CRM and enable our Sales team growth. This role will be critical to our commercial and company growth strategy in 2025, serving as an advocate for innovation across our customer data environment and implementation of Sales accelerating initiatives.

    What you'll do

    • Own the overall management of our CRM platform (Hubspot), implementing enhancements that drive and enable our Commercial strategy
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand workflows and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate go-to-market motions
    • Implement and manage data quality protocols to minimize errors and ensure data consistency
    • Maintain and update comprehensive customer databases across the organization
    • Develop and optimize sales processes and automation within the CRM
    • Create reporting dashboards and KPIs to track sales performance and customer engagement


    What we are looking for
    The ideal candidate is collaborative and driven to make an impact, while not being afraid to get their hands dirty. You have a proven history of exceptional data-driven Sales enablement and CRM management. You're comfortable working across technology, sales, design, and operational teams.
    Expected qualifications :

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing and project managing strategic improvements to the CRM to enhance Marketing and Sales teams
    • Experience working with Hubspot; familiarity with marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM systems
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions
    • Ability to assist with general upkeep of existing data and provide enhancement strategies for optimal data usage across our CRM


    Preferred qualifications :

    • Analyze specific customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Experience in utilizing data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
    • Experience working in FinTech, HCIT or similarly regulated industries.

    80,000 - 105,000 USD per year ( Remote (United States) )
    80,000 - 105,000 CAD per year ( Remote (Canada) )
