What you will do
Stryker’s Corporate Responsibility team seeks a proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented lead analyst to manage and support our external non-financial reporting.
The Corporate Responsibility team is a collaborative, motivated high-performing group where team members fill a variety of functions. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge and development opportunity to learn new skills and support the team to meet additional objectives as needed.
Lead sustainability reporting projects:
- Manage end-to-end sustainability reporting by defining project scope, preparing communication materials, organizing files, closing disclosure gaps to align with relevant frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and managing timelines.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration, conduct quality reviews, manage relevant agency partnerships.
Identify and implement process standardization: Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance reporting outcomes.
- Facilitate Effective Communication: Coordinate and lead discussions among a broad slate of stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment by clearly articulating project goals, gathering input, addressing concerns, and driving consensus to move projects forward efficiently.
- Collate information to meet investor expectations.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking: Stay updated on industry developments, regulations and best practices related to CR and ESG; conduct research to identify emerging trends and incorporate intelligence into select deliverables.
- Drive collaboration and communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with functions, businesses and global regions to help drive decision making
What you need
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or sustainability) or 6+ years of equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience
Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ESG reporting, including experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or at a global Fortune 500 company
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate responsibility, sustainability, ESG, carbon accounting, and/or emerging ESG regulations and voluntary reporting standards including CSRD ISSB or similar topics
- Demonstrated multi- month Project Management experience, ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Workiva and WorkFront with ability to learn and gain new competencies frequently
87,600- 165,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
