What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience supporting conceptual services in a highly technical, complex, and fast-paced selling environment leveraging consultative sales acumen.
  • Strong work ethic and a demonstrated track record of retaining and growing customer relationships.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying a need, to developing the solution that supports customer business objectives, to closing the deal and seeing it through to implementation. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relationship management, and highly developed organizational skills required. 
  • Active participant in review of new customer agreements and ensuring the technical details are incorporated based on the solutions being delivered.  
  • Strong face-to-face and virtual presentation and meeting facilitation skills. 
  • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, high energy, drive to win, an ability to multitask and work creatively to resolve client issues. 
  • Proactively support assigned CE’s in weekly efforts to maintain customer relationships and existing revenue and to promote new TUCI solutions business based on deep understanding of evolving customer business objectives.
  • Support CE in delivery Quarterly Business Reviews with clients where applicable. 
  • Coordinate internal resources necessary to ensure any customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively by Delivery teams, Client Services, CE’s, Customer Support, Product, Engineering and other internal teams.
  • Acquire industry knowledge related to market trends, emerging technologies & competitors specific to TU Consumer Interactive target markets.

Impact You'll Make:

  • The Client Value Executive will partner with the Industry Executives (“IE”) and Client Executives (“CE”) and will be responsible for:
  • Developing growth opportunities with targeted new and existing customers.  
  • Providing expertise for TruEmpower Hosted Solutions and API services during new business development.
  • Capturing customer business objectives, solution requirements and positioning “Best Practices” used during pre-sales discussions.
  • Insights from pre-sales discussions will be shared with delivery/implementation teams during opportunity transition, ensuring a positive customer on-boarding experience.
  • Once a new customer is launched, the CVE will: support assigned Client Executive(s) in ongoing account management and business development activities, ensuring the customer is successful in achieving their business objectives, and driving continued revenue opportunities for TransUnion.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $65,100.00 - $101,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
